I finally got it working sorry about all the downtime in the server today as I repeatedly restarted it to figure out what was wrong. Apparently I forgot to copy and paste one file  :'(

Anyways on to the beta testing  :D

I like this roll.  Its balanced in that you have to taunt in order to scare people leaving you vulnerable to attack.

The scare cooldown timer overlaps with the backpack's ammo and health counter, making them both unreadable.

Fixed it.
Also fixed the Scout's Bonk or Crit-A-Cola triggering the Scare effect.

I've come to the opinion that unless spies are prevented from rolling this because of a technical problem, they should be allowed to roll it. Why? It's much more OP for every other class.

I request that players have exclusively HH or Hulk, not both.

Also, having HHH hides the Sniper's Razorback, which I'm sure will be pretty annoying for enemy Spies.

The 60% damage reduction is insanely powerful. Especially on heavies.

I think it would be good if the reduction percentage correlated with the player's health; max or current (either way).
