Poop: The annoying, underestimated defence
« on: June 29, 2012, 11:51:28 pm »
I can't count how many times I have placed several poops (10 credits each) with the "poop causes bleeding" perk on or around a control point and held it against impossible odds. Sure it won't save a single person from an all out offensive but i can guarantee it will make holding the point a lot easier for your team. add to that the "elemental melee" trinket and your set for life because each hit from poop causes melee damage. Add to that an amplifier and your safe aside from an uber or god mode. Using this defense also causes a lot of annoyance for the other team who are most likely gonna start shouting "HOLY CRAP THERE'S SO MUCH POOP!!!" Helps against cloaked spies as well so it works pretty darn well if I do say so myself.

OH YA! i forgot about instant kills. Thats even more irritating in my book, especially while the enemy team is in their spawn HAHA XD Thanks for reminding me Spider!

Other notes:

  • Don't ignore shit: Seriously, a lot of people pass poop taking the damage and not actually getting rid of it. Take it out.
  • If you use an abnormal amount of poop on a melee map, you're an ass.
  • Good from behind door threats. Engineer's friend with bleed perk.
  • Heavy is the best to deal with it. If someone has a lot of shit, go heavy to clear it out.

  • Excellent as an alarm for snipers using the damage ding
  • Used with the jarate trinket, shit can reveal spies

I always wondered how it works with a stun melee trinket.....
