Affect: A percent chance to take no negative effect from placed Items.
        1 T.P. : 20% (per case where effect happens)
         2 T.P. : 30%
           3 T.P. : 40%

Ex. I have Animal Expert perk and I walk by an enemy cow, 15% chance nothing happens if I have two T.P. in it.

These stats apply to 3 different Perks, each covering a part of placed rolls

Pyrotechnician Perk applies to:
-Bombs
-Flame
-Proximity Stickies
-Brazier

Animal Expert Perk applies to:
-Bear Trap
-Cow
-Crap
-Ghost

Evasion Artist perk applies to:
-Punching Dummy
-Darkness Cloud
-Strength Drain Aura
-Cage

Alternate Idea: Individual Perks per Item!
BUY ALL THE PERKS!!!

The Action Hero
-Percent chance to dodge the effect of bombs
1 TP: 15%
2 TP: 30%
3 TP: 45%

Pyro Fanatic
-Percent chance to dodge the effect of Flame
1 TP: 17%
2 TP: 34%
3 TP: 51%

Torch Barren
-Percent chance to dodge the effect of Brazier
1 TP: 35%
2 TP: 55%
3 TP: 75%

Escape Artist
-Percent chance to dodge the effect of Cage
1 TP: 20%
2 TP: 40%
3 TP: 60%

Animal Expert
-Percent chance to dodge the effect of Cow
1 TP: 20%
2 TP: 45%
3 TP: 60%

Demofan
-Proximity Mines Damage reduction
1 TP: 20%
2 TP: 25%
3 TP: 30%

Light Step
-Bear Trap stun time reduction
1 TP: -0.5 sec of stun
2 TP: -1 sec of stun
3 TP: -1.5 sec of stun

Ghost Whisperer
-Ghost stun time reduction
1 TP: -0.5 sec of stun
2 TP: -1 sec of stun
3 TP: -1.5 sec of stun

Takes One to Know One
-Punching Dummy damage reduction
1 TP: 5 hp (resist)
2 TP: 15 hp
3 TP: 25 hp

Night Animal
-Darkness Cloud vision reduction (sorry its so unspecific)
1 TP: dark grey
2 TP: grey
3 TP: light grey

Mr. Incredible
-Strength Drain Aura
1 TP: no reduced lingering damage
2 TP: 25% more damage while in Aura
3 TP: 50% more damage while in Aura

I don't know if it should be fully grouped like that. I mean, for the Slowcube perk, it is a % chance JUST for that one roll, not a few rolls along with it.

I think that would be a little bit too much. I would say separate them and upgrade them to a higher percentage. That should allow people to choose between which rolls they want to counter.

1. there's this trinket called elemental resistance
and
2. making people immune to rtd is not something I'm eager to do. I know it's a % chance to be evade certain things but I'm not down for any of these, when I place or use a rtd roll I expect it to work. Plus the headaches from people yelling, "WHY/HOW DID U SURVIVE" when that already happens plenty, not something I want

3. I think perks should be about enhancing rolls and rtd effects, not rendering them useless and pointless

Agreed with #3.  It should slightly enhance rolls and not nullify other rolls people use.
