It's very simple High.



Friendly Cows milk their enemies which is explained as "Once a target is covered in milk, 75% of the damage done to them is returned as health to any team member who damages the milk-covered enemy". These same cows provide a bottle of milk that gives whoever picks it up +50HP and removes any milk and fire effects from them.
